There is a spacious lounge/dining room; one large bedroom with double and single beds, a small kitchen; a bathroom with shower; and cellar for additional storage. The apartment offers sleeping accommodation for two couples, or two adults plus two children. Five people can be accommodated if three sleep in the main bedroom, and two in the lounge, but ideally prefer numbers to be limited to four maximum.
The flat is entered via the main hall of Villa Campo Bello, which serves as a communal entrance to the three other flats in the building.
The stunning main living room has a large dining table, six dining chairs, a double sofa bed and a further sofa. There is a magnificent chandelier and large mirror, above a marble fireplace (disused). The room boasts high ceilings with period features throughout and traditional French wallpaper.
The main bedroom is spacious, with a double bed, a single bed, a second folding single bed and a travel cot. There’s plenty of storage available with a double wardrobe and large chest of drawers.
The kitchen is simple but well-equipped for holiday use, with a four-ring gas cooker with oven; a new gas boiler, a large fridge; sink and draining board; small table and kitchen cupboards. There are plenty of pans, cups, plates, glasses, cutlery, serving dishes, teapot, cafetière, etc. The bathroom is modern, with a shower cubicle, basin and w.c.
